Sculptures by the Sea -Linking Laser Scanning and 3d technologies to the Art World
The Axiom Spatial laser scanning team were given a fantastic opportunity to scan and model (mesh) selected sites of eroded sandstone along the Bondi foreshore for Finish Artist Tülay Schakir. Tülay utilised a 3d printer to generate her sculpture ‘Shared Light’ and proudly put it on display in this years Sculptures by the Sea at Bondi. The piece was well received and will be proudly displayed at the Cottesloe Beach (Perth) Exhibition along with another local piece. Stay Tuned.
